Misbah Arshad

I am a dedicated nutrition and dietetics professional with a strong academic background and extensive clinical and research experience. Holding a Master of Philosophy in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (Gold Medalist) and a Doctorate in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences (Gold Medalist), I have developed a deep understanding of therapeutic diets, clinical nutrition, and disease prevention.


With several years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian, I have worked in hospital settings, conducting nutritional assessments, formulating individualized diet plans, and providing patient counseling. Additionally, my role as a Senior Lecturer and Research Associate at the University of Lahore has allowed me to mentor students, supervise research projects, and contribute to the advancement of nutrition science.


I am proficient in SPSS, AMOS, Smart-PLS, and Microsoft Office, enabling me to analyze data effectively and manage clinical records. My research interests include human microbiome, supplementation, malnutrition, food fortification, and nutraceuticals, with publications in reputable journals.
