As a Nutritionist, I am passionate about guiding people to make correct dietary choices that benefit their health and lifestyle. I believe that good nutrition goes a long way in helping an individual experience a better quality of life and enhanceds holistic wellbeing.

With the rise of lifestyle related issues, the need of the hour is to focus on a healthy diet that helps reduce the burden of chronic diseases.

2) Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of interacting with clients from various walks of life, helping them to make healthier choices in their diet and lifestyle. Focusing on the right changes has always resulted in positive outcomes, such as diabetes reversal, lowered cholesterol and better thyroid management to name a few.

3) Another aspect of my work includes counselling clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, weight gain or increasing muscle mass. This has sometimes been challenging, but, providing regular guidance, with patience and understanding helps each individual take small steps to achieve big dreams.

4) Each day, I look forward to interacting with people with fitness or diet specific goals in mind. It keeps me motivated  and passionate about what I do. I believe it is not just the expertise we share, but counselling with empathy can make all the difference!

5) Good nutrition during pregnancy is vital to meet the needs of both mother and child. My expertise also extends to Maternity Wellness, from  preparing for pregnancy, each of the trimesters and their nutritional needs, lactation, and for mothers returning back to work. Though each stage has their specific requirements, I have successfully guided several clients over the last 7 years, with excellent results.

6) Apart from Counselling, I also write articles, create mailers and design programs.
